First a shell to save time and use the builders expertise for frame work.
Then you finish the build! Trailers, too, for your shell.

There is still lots of controversy on whether the builder should be RIVA certified. Does it affect receiving financing, insurance, and parking in a tiny home location? All these questions need to be answered before you choose a builder.

In my opinion there are two main areas I would ask a builder.
I would insist on hurricane straps for safety. Also, since the space is small,  does the builder use non-toxic materials? Such as stains, paints, glues not giving off odors or fumes. Adequate ventilation is a plus!
