This post will give you some helpful tips on how to keep your pup calm.
When you have those tough overwhelming household times your dog may experience stressful behavior. We have listed six comfort items to help your dog become less anxious.
1.) A calming dog bed One that is safe for your dog from flame retardants, formaldehyde, skin irritating chemicals, harsh dyes.

Reviews: My little fur baby, Reggi loves to bury his nose in it. It’s easy for him to rest his head on the corners as well. His not able to climb like he use to but he has no problem getting in and out of this bed. The bed hugs him, yet he is able to lay stretch out. I highly recommend this bed. If your dog really prefers to flop rather than curl, you might want to size up.
2.) Studies show repetitive licking increases endorphins, which in turn calms your pet helping dog anxiety.

3.) Calming Aid dog supplement is enhanced with melatonin, ginger, L-Tryptophan and thiamin to reduce tension and stress when dogs over 12 weeks experience anxiety.
33,951 ratings for Quiet Moments on amazon are 4.4 out of 5. Review: Our dog likes taking them as if they were treats, so we are guessing they have a good flavor. We needed our dog to relax and get some sleep so we could all sleep too. It seems to relax him and make him fall asleep for about 2-3 hours. So, after that, I have to get up and give him something else to relax again. Also, I wish they would give you more chews in the bottle. You run out pretty fast if you have a big dog. And wish the relaxing effect could last longer.
4.) Pheromone Dog Calming Collars with natural plant essential oils.
Amazon rating 4.5 out of 5. Review: Our dog suffers from pretty severe anxiety for reasons in his past before we adopted him. When he gets stressed out he starts scratching himself pretty bad. I bought these with a recommendation from my vet. It truly does start working within the hour. He hasn't scratched since early yesterday and he is doing great today. He is so much calmer and happier. I am ready to see how he does around the grandkids, but I am so thankful that we can already tell a difference. I will be ordering more when these run out.
5.) Weighted dog blanket. These blankets help humans now they are available to help your dog's anxiety. Amazon ratings 4.6 out of 5. Review: I was expecting this to be a bust… first time putting it on him and he was great and then started drifting with his head up. Literally thought this was going to be another dumb thing I bought he doesn’t use but he’s snuggled up and sound asleep. Literally was laying on him hugging and kissing him one night he didn’t move for like 20 minutes, which is when I first came up with the thought he might like it.
Blanket is smaller then expected in my head it was a couch blanket size but I also didn’t read much in the description. It’s soft and he love it so works for me!
6.) Hemp calming chews with hemp oil and valerian to help your dog's anxiety.
Amazon rating 766 ratings- 4.3 out of 5. Review: I have 2 dogs, one is very high strung, she's part border collie and suffers from anxiety. Trying to walk her normally ends up with me being dragged everywhere as she chases every lizard and squirrel. She also doesn't do well when I leave, barking alot. These chews work well with her...they absolutely reduce the separation anxiety and they make her easier to walk. My other dog, she doesn't handle the chews very well ..but she is sensitive to many calming chews that have hemp in them. So she ends up eating grass as if her tummy is bothering her. So I use them solely for the anxious dog.
